I am sure many here appreciate your honesty. Quite an opportunistic time to pick up a spare 1m so i am sure you have a plan for it ;)

This will run really hard soon and am sure many people here will make the most of it on short plays to the mid teens and beyond.

I would like to have a nice freehold parcel for the long term. Either way there is money to be made at present.

At least your son has learnt about a bear market early, next step for him is when to take a profit hey !
