    FYI - there were 16m options issued as a bonus in the IPO. Exercise price of $0.30 in Nov 2020. If they remain in the money and redeemed that’s another $5m in cash to RCL in Nov this year.

    With their CR late last year, fast approaching profitability and another 5m cash coming the chances of a CR dilution is pretty low I would guess.
