Ann: Update on Convertible Note Funding, page-34

Have held these shares for a while now and whilst i admit to a tiny holding compared to many here ( i'm sure ) it amazes me to see people constantly trying to discredit / damage the company. At this price its about as low as it can go and i agree with many that there appears to have been some poor management choices made along the way , however , any chance to claw back some of our investments is dependant on market sentiment and anyone reading HC would get a very very negative impression of IAM by reading these forums. Isn't it better to hope that the share price can bounce a little in the future and run its natural course than to highlight all the failings and make wild guesses about what actually went wrong when in actuality no-one apart from those on the board will ever really know.
P.S. Not looking for an argument , just think it's counterproductive to our shareholdings to be so negative on a public and widely read forum !
