Actually .. for the last company that you find in your search, the ASX-listed company, you don't need to pay $9 fee as it is on public record in ASX announcements that he is no longer a director of that ASX-listed company from early December 2019, so his name won't be in the current ASIC records.

However, he is still a directory of that mining company operating in Australia, whose parent is the largest shareholder of that ASX-listed company.
