what gets me is:

when oil was approx 70US per barrel it was 70cents per litre at the bowser

Then oil rose to almost 170US per barrel prices of petrol were approx $1.70 at the bowser

Now thats its dropped to $US110 per barrel why hasnt petrol prices dropped to approx $1.10 at the bowser

AM i MISSING something here????????????????????????????
