Conclusion:
I can't see that a private tribunal can force Sweden to pay billions to compensate Aura Energy for a hypothetical loss "future profits," that do not need to be compensated by swedish laws and regulations.
The swedish ban on uranium mining does not prevent Aura Energy from extracting other valuable minerals such as i.e. vanadium, molybdenum, zinc, and nickel, if Vanadis Battery Metals AB get necessary permits.
