As the woman seated 2 to the right of Rusty said, they stuffed this up completely from the start, they never had a clue business wise. The response from the BoD was to say nothing I recall.

This is a dead duck without a financially viable OT partner, and according to our man with his ear to the ground Rusty, that is months away.

As for your comment about where the company is headed, yes it was asked and they answered. Not sure how many times someone needs ask the same question to hear the same answer.
