From my many discussions with Damien in the past I cant believe he would of agreed with this settlement.
Who made the call. I would love to know. Boards dont make it. Board get advise. Who utimately decided to can it as the threat to the gravy train grew. I think I know.
The case was just and reasonable given what GSK did to Relenza. Who read the BTA evidence. I did. Many of you did.
How good was it. I mean GSK mgmt actually saying they had screwed Relenza !!!!
An Australian wonder drug that is still widely unknown. The science behind Relenza is incredible.
Maybe one day with relenzas baby Lani.
Whats done is done i suppose but im still dirty I was holding BTA when they knocked that previous offer back.
