It's possible that the confusion has arisen from $A125m ($US90m) + €18 = $143m - a slip of the conversion pen. However the highlighted portion by Michaeljob (above) states "a combination of factors have deferred this initial SGC drawdown to January 2020."
This suggests to me that no funds have ever been drawn from the SGC facility.
