    Yeah a bit hard to say whether the possibility of giving up this much equity at this point in time is good or not assuming its taken up. I would be stoked but very surprised if we ended up with 20% of the outboard SC54 anyway but if we have to farm down again and end up with less than 10% it would be a disappointment.
