Sad to hear that your friends are having a go at your VRC holdings. Perhaps it might want to consider making new friends. Luckily we can choose our friends, we can't choose our family.

In relation to your concern with regards to the prospectus, you should draw confidence that VRC got the nod from the SEM. They do their own due diligence in making sure all is above board with any new listing. Their reputation depends on it.
I am very sure that if they would have had any doubts about the economics of this project they would not have had any hesitation in knocking it on the head. So one can only assume that they believe everything stacks up.
