Usually this can be done yourself, i had to do mine myself, ive never used commsec but all you do is check the MDR box if there is one, then modify/add option, then select sell and put the number of shares that dont exist anymore for $0 value, if you ring up your broker they will tell you how to sort it out, its pretty straight forward once you do it several times.
Thats how its done through my broker platform anyway.
