I suggest that you do a research and see what has happened in other stocks to compare the acquirer's share price and acquiree (target company). Based on past statistics, target company's share price will generally go higher than its acquirer. In term of percentage price increase on the day of relisting, it is more likely that SDL shares would go higher in term of percentage than the acquirer. Fact: SDL share price on the day of trading halt was 0.005 compared to ANS of 0.017 and the Iron ore project is in SDL.

If you own 1 per cent of ANS shares, you INDIRECTLY own SDL through ANS ownership therefore you only own 0.5 per cent of SDL shares because ANS will only own 50.4 per cent of SDL.
If you own 1 per cent of SDL shares, you own 1 per cent since you have direct ownership in SDL. This is a simple mathematics. Lol.
