Please excuse my naivety here but PMO is only listed in the UK, how would you envisage an all stock/share offer being put to shareholders on ASX?
I personally don't think any total buy out will happen at this stage, HRZ is massive and requires a lot of further analysis, unless you mean a buyout option purely for the conventional? I'd rather have a cash offer than be given shares in PMO in the UK then have to deal with selling them and transferring the money back.
