Sure, but the question is who would want to take them over with all the underlying debt? The purchase price would have to include some lowering of debt levels. as I understand takeover hasn't been an option in the past because of the convoluted structure designed exactly to prevent a takeover. They are in the proces of simplifying the structure, yes?
