as much as i am sitting on the fence with this one, maybe he figured what he still has in is enough and that the 20k unit sell was piece of mind ( straight back into the bank account ) .. covering his butt so to speak, at the end of the day nothing is certain in life in SLA but geez it looks pretty darn good now doesn't it!
