Pel, they have the bond approved, yes it’s taken much longer than we all hoped, and had to do it outside of Tanzania (that says something about the difficultly of it, and makes me mad about about the self-centredness of some bureaucrats and little hope for a better life for most locals). Now they have to finance it so you’ll know in a few weeks. It’s been wearing waiting this long but if they don’t raise the cash in the next month or so you can whinge long and loud and I will back you.
But give them this time to rattle the can, otherwise it is just a case of you loving to read your own gripe!
