No, it's humble pie. The humble comes from umbles, the edible inner parts of deer (c 1400) and I'm not eating either humble pie or umbles pie. In any case my gold shares went up today.,
Last time I looked gold was at $A970. All I'm concerned about is the profitability or potential profitability of gold miners. I believe the company I hold a swag of shares in is a takeover target and those interested will be happy with gold at $A970 or thereabouts. I believe gold will be at and over $A1,000 within weeks. I may be wrong of course. At that level there will be comment in the media.
I remain only interested in gold in Australian dollars.
