Yet, in a sense you are referring to him in your post to Gorgeaux, suggesting that appointment is just a Directorship, "another mouth to feed on the Board"

For your info, there were only 3 board members. A fourth Director is not that many. Many boards have more. Fresh blood can be an advantage.f
