As always your research is spot on Hottod and you dont miss a thing lol. Once you mentioned neurological target I do recall them mentioning that. At the time I thought yeah sounds nice but surely we would have same issue it appears (at least in my opinion )we have had for a while with cell specificiy. This little snippet suddenly opens up another whole area that gives us similar direct path to target cells. Similar to eye I assume if intrathecal delivery then no off target absorption which was I believe an issue with injecting into bloodstream. And the eye treatment already shows we can deliver ASO to target. Wonder if the treatments discussed in your links will have similar issues with "Naked ASO's" like previous other applications.
Imagine the possibilities if we can treat neurological issues with this tech. Again massive field when compared to eye.
