It is written in ISX's statement of claims:
Whether or not ISX has received the draft finding would only be known to both ISX or the ASX. I think, however, that it is exceedingly likely that ISX has already received one. To me, it is either that scenario or Mr. Moran lied, which is extremely unlikely considering that it was stated to be a written letter. In the event that it was the latter then I would expect ISX to have already been shouting from the mountain tops along the lines of, "WHERE IS THE LETTER ASX?". Instead what we know for sure is that ISX has been uncharacteristically silent on it, literally nothing. My observation also suggests that it is uncanny that that the release date of the court announcement coincided almost exactly with "by the end of the week". So my inference is that the finding must have been very adverse and ISX expected it to be.
For a company that brought up urgency, it seems to me that they prioritise Christmas break over dealing with the urgent issue at hand.
