They have +400000 oz open pit resources at 7.1 g/t in trucking distance from mt magnet.
HRN is mostly owned by PAN and it looks like they don‘t care much about it and might be happy to get rid of it in exchange for cash. PAN is currently short of cash.
Full disclosure: I hold some HRN (and some PAN as well).
