That would be because it will be belly up. Bankrupt. It will be dead.
In that case all creditors get paid any debts first and shareholders will be last. Shareholders won't see a cent.
This has happened twice previously to me. Babcock and Brown - an investments company and ABC Learning Centres. Got zip.
