Error in substantial holder notice for Croplogic There appears to be an error in the change of substantial holder notice issued by the company on the 13th Feb 2019 for substantial holder LTL capital pty Ltd.
The notice states that there was a change in the interests of the holder on the 8th Feb 2019. The appendix shows that there were significant changes in interest in Dec 2018, including the selling of 5.2m shares on the 6th Dec 2018. This was on a day that the ASX issued a price and volume query and shortly before LTL Capital bought shares in a capital raising at a significant discount.
