golden the situation was explained loud and clear, Madam Tau was not well but posed no risk to other passengers.
With all due respect to Madam Tau, she is no spring chicken but carries herself well for her years. She needed assistance getting on and off the plane, credit to the airline for providing that assistance.
As I said before airlines have a duty to all passengers, they don't allow passengers on the plane if they are a risk to others.
