Payment has to be received by 5pm on 14th so presumably if you send by bank transfer before that deadline then you will be in...that means we would need some news before Tuesday afternoon (3pm just to be sure!). You'll be caught napping if wait for 16th?
Unlikely to take up offer, might consider a small amount if there is some positive news before then or increasing Middle East tensions reflecting upon oil.
Not sure what the restrictions are on selling, but that would be my main concern, over 3B shares looking for a quick profit and capping the SP.
