Also, do we actually know that Global want to sell all?
I haven't been in touch with Smyth, so really don't know if and why they would wnat to fully sell out.
Jack said Pershing are still holding their 20 mill - and Global may have made all the money they needed from loaning out hte shares - and may now be happy to hold onto some for the long term.
These are all suppositions - I don't know whether anyone but Smyth and Global actually have any answers?
