actually nro I asked did you send out the letter to some shareholders that you said you were going too, but as usual no answer.
As for the court case in my opinion a case bought by a leading stockbroker against the company should have been told to the exchange . This maybe particularly important when that broker has been previously hired by the company to write positive stories on the company and has also appeared in the top ten shareholders.
