Iran's foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said on Twitter that the regime had "concluded proportionate measures in self-defence" and did "not seek escalation or war", while adding "but will defend ourselves against any aggression".
As long as Trump puts his phone down, all bets are back on....
