I bought my shares in 2011-13 obviously outside the class action period.Have not received any emails nor any statements saying my shares are worthless. Nevertheless it seems I can now claim the $23000 as a capital loss which I will offset against capital gains in NST. Good luck to anyone who does qualify for the class action.
