A letter is a recorded correspondence and thus is one of the most admissible legal evidence ever in the history of mankind. Has ISX received the draft findings from the ASX, yes or no? The draft finding constitutes, without a doubt, one of the most vital document given relatively recent events. So why is ISX so uncharacteristically silent about such important document? The court announcement release date also coincided almost exactly with the date on which ISX was supposed to have received the draft findings, which I find extremely uncanny. That indicates to me that ISX must have anticipated the draft findings to be very adverse. I find it extremely disturbing that some holders seem to not even contemplating of asking ISX for answers. To me it almost seem that people do not want to know what is in the findings...
