Nothing supprising , the permits were always going to be given but what the Company has just told you is that production is around 18 months after finance and finance is still being sought, its a long slow process for many posters on HC who struggle with weekly timeframes let alone multi month or multi year ones.

The fact that it's taken the time it has to lay hands on a measly $15 m odd, in a world where that would be pocket change for many individuals let alone funds, tells you how tough it is to get Finance for startups and how risk averse they are in a sector that has taken a hammering..finance itself will be dilutionary but will at least get the ball rolling ..

Many on the sidelines are aware of this and happy to pay more for certainty...traders will move it around in the meantime...
