I read myself as more arrogant than pompous, but I won;t split hairs, guilty your honour. Read my posts over the last 10 years and they all read the same and cop the same criticism. What should I do, my writing style is what it is, I'm certainly not wasting time editing first drafts to sound more humble. Perhaps you mistake knowledge and experience for pompousity?... doh, their I go again.

The issue isn;t what the car is worth, simply that what it cost is what it cost (in shares obviously). Those shares may well go up multiples and so will the value of the car balloon payment in dollars, no argument, but that is irrelevant. One simply has to include the number of shares paid for the project regardless that their issue is deferred. The company will be worth whatever shares are on issue in 1-2 years time. If the share price is 2.5c the MC will be $55M, at 10c MC will be $220M. Any investor hoping for a higher price after holding for 1-2 years better consider the what MC they think is fair and likely using 2.2B+ shares on issue because they are coming as surely as are the 90M escrowed from last Jan. Anybody day trading doesn;t really care about deferred issues except they should. The charts and price they are riding today is very much determined by larger and longer term investors over the weeks and months ahead. Think about it and you will catch on sooner or later.

Too many posts moderated on a redundant thread headline. All the bullying has me decided to do a thorough analysis and forecast on MRQ as a ying to the pumpers yang instead of moving on as planned. An impartial voice of reason should anybody care to consider the bigger picture outside the noisy banging of drums from the cheer squad. What I say will have little or zero impact on the share price unless it resonates as fair and true, the market is not as feeble or manipulated as many like to think. It's actually quite laughable how many think one voice of caution would have any impact on the price in the face of a multitude of bullish confidence. Traders will buy if they think it is going up or sell otherwise. Overall market confidence, supply of sellers vs buyers, news expectations and results etc, etc, etc determine the share price.

So expect more new thread titles as I trawl through the MRQ situation and put up what I find. If I you think I am spreading false information correct me or report me. If you don't like what I find or my opinion of put me on ignore. Just please try not to blow a gasket if the cognitive dissonance from conflicting information is a problem.

Off to the gym, later dude.
