    Hi Rolling,

    All nanomaterials are considered as new chemicals (Regulatory agencies)

    This is why Parchem needed to apply to NICNAS to gain the regulatory approval to sell Edencrete in Australia,

    You will find this is the case across all Countries. Europe's regulatory body is REACH.

    I did try to tell EDE shareholders Parchem needed to obtain regulatory approvals to sell CNT in Australia, I was called a liar by a few on here.

    BTW this isn't the full regulatory approval required by NICNAS. this is a lower approval to allow industry trials.
