IsX just sent me another email, I didn’t even have to ask. Wow, me and John!
Dear AllanThank you.As for the draft findings, there is no requirement to disclose receipt or contents or otherwise, per Listing Rule 3.1A.1 as "the information comprises matters of supposition or is insufficiently definate to warrant disclosure" and "the information concerns an incomplete proposal or negotiation".The matter is before the Courts, and cleary, the Company had been drafting its statement of claim for weeks prior to the ASX making the unprecedented announcement that it was seeking to draft "findings". Should there ever be "findings", no doubt the ASX will publish such, if it is convinced that it has the power and standing to do so.The Company is seeking to lift the suspension by whatever and the most expeditious route available to it, which unfortunately at present appears to be via the Courts.RegardsJohn KarantzisCEO
