I don't understand your implication here. Mr Lauder has supported capital raisings conducted.
His percentage of the company has declined as he did not take up his full entitlement in the last CR. Surely that indicates he is "satisfied with his fill".
Seems like you want to criticise him for supporting the company but I'm sure you and many others would blast him if he did not.
His "related party cronies IMO - cough cough capital Group" is just speculation on your part, while I grant he may know these "cronies" to suggest he gets any benefit from or controls their activities is a step too far.
