everyone has there opinion , yesiam exxon cant hold elk to ransom , elk have other options like chemical flooding.
Coco can also supply co2 so its not all down to exxon. And with any rig on board they have the upper hand.
And why would the directors buy at a higher price then the current SP is at the moment if they are unable to get the j.v and knowing that exxon are holding them to ransom.
