I think that they were going to list the shares on AIM(Don't quote me)
I think that the share price tinkering could be the same seller and buyer perhaps.
Lose a little bit to gain a lot.
Hang on tight to those shares as I believe this will play out about the same time as EVRAZ receives chinese approval for Delong.
