I use the Bio B sauna treatment and it makes you sweat twice as much, cleans out the skin pores and you also feel better.
I take Bio A daily and when I go out for a big night I no longer have a hangover the next day. I think it also helps stabilise moods. Why do I say this? Because I trade for a living and this market would be enough to depress anyone but yet I soldier on.
I have taken a large amount off the table from SLA in recent days but that was because I could see the market getting overheated. However I still hold some.
