archbald I think you have missed a couple of key points with the spin off of the consumer division.
1.I believe that ARR will own something close to 50%
2.ARR are only licensing the tech and are therefore free to sell further licenses to large companies once the consumer spin off has gained an important foothold?

That is my view of it.

The biggest problem for ARR is the freakin receivables that are outstanding from India.. If only they could get those I think the co would be cruising. They would have the capacity to retire all of the debt and have 30-40+ mil left over.
