It seems a lot of punters have forgotten that GXY and Posco are going to develop both sites together and share costs.
A delay in whatever Posco choose how to develop their plant ultimately affects how quickly we can develop SDV..
The fact that the OMG pond liners weren't completed by Said date is just the way it goes when you are trying to construct a plant for the least amount of money.
