    All proxied were to be handed
    into GWR 48 hour before the
    fri. 2pm EGM. (No latter than wed. 2pm.)

    PMM wanted their proxies on the mon.
    to give them time to check etc. and
    hand them to GWR on time.

    All proxies sent through PMM
    were handed into GWR well before
    the wed. 2pm deadline.

    We will find out soon if the GWR Directors
    pathetic attempt of silencing our votes
    has worked.
