GO FAR would/will be in breach if they failure to comply with the cash call please get your statements correct you have no insight into the workings of the JV what was requested, if at all, and more specifically by when.
also not sure on this particular PSC but usually a dispute procedure if fail to meet etc so not for the first time premature- it must get sticky at your end sometimes
