Max, picking the bottom is a science that I never try to be exact with - it's too hard.

I'm happy to buy at what I think is a 'good' price, where I can make money - and I am very happy to have bought at 8.3, 8.6 and 8.8 in the last few days for top ups.

Options are always my long term hold - they don't disappear again in a hurry - so 5.8, 6.2 and 7.8 lately have been OK too..

Picking the top is too hard too - always be happy with taking some profit off the table here and there - and holding the rest for the really good times imo!

I suspect after our long wait, the 'really good times' might not be too far away now. My surmising only.
