I would like to know if this so called/raised "Moral Hazard" issue was known by exactly whom during the course of the two CBA pilot periods and was this known by the Co as well before the final deadline for a possible CBA agreement .......
If so imo won't that be considered as price sensitive information/material and should have been formally disclosed.
I also wonder if when and who else knew about this " Moral Hazard " issue.
