I would suggest that there was no one with the qualifications that could sign off on them if they were taken in 2016 as claimed previously.

It is also possible there would be no person still with OGX at the time of release that could honestly certify anything to do with how the samples were collected and followed through.

That is if there were any samples as it appears only one person has a copy of the spreadsheets
