mcbr, you make the same point I did some weeks back or more. $4million capex ... not necessary for the updated JORC. Maybe if it was a case of going to a bank begging for a loan then okay, I can see they may want that but with a $4 mill capex and the supposedly great ROI, why spend huge licks of money updating a JORC. If the numbers stack up and permitting is also approved there would be venture capital somewhere out-there willing to shell out the $ for an equity stake or a very decent return on the loan.
