    That is interesting news, thank you for sharing it.
    Do you have a date on which it will happen?
    It appears that BFC first traded on 31 August 2015 from looking at the chart, perhaps that is the applicable date + 5 years!
    I know I should take the time to do my own research, however if you have more information about what the proceeding would be then. It would be much appreciated if you could share it on here.
