yes ur side won.whatever.its just a second chance to gloat since friday.nothing new there.take away the 16 million or so newly created shares just prior to the meeting and its a lot closer rather than overwhelming.a very substantial portion of the shareholders are obviously not so happy as u would have us believe that they are with present management.and as for new investors,well they dont even want a sniff of it coz it apparently stinks.volume of 10,000 shares approx today.woohooo!

i will continue to hold and hope for a takeover from a real player.
