Hi Coppertop137, i dont know what u mean by conspiracy talk..

we are just discussing the possibilities here and FROM MY HEART I BELIVE CENTRO WILL SURVIVE... reason is that banks will have cut big losses in this and they will be further down than there current situations which they probably will not like and at the same time they have there shareholders to ans as well. and as i said before giving unsecured money as loan tells me that THEY WANTED TO EARN INTEREST ON THEIR MONEY AND THEY ARE GETTING THAT WITHOUT DOUBT EVERY TIME..SO WHY WILL THEY LOSE THAT MONEY which is earning them money and Centro have good assets to back it up as well with strong income.

if they put them in recivership they will have to bear the cost of administrator (correct me if i m wrong) so that means upto 5 yrs to get anything back anyway meaning CASH GOING OUT RATHER THAN COMING IN..

i think its in best interest to give them a long extension and let them sort it out may be no dividends for us for a while..

every one is welcome to correct me if i am wrong..

TO ME CENTRO IS A SURVIVOR
